If you think that having a retention of title clause in your credit terms is sufficient to allow you to recover the goods if you don’t get paid, unfortunately you are wrong! If you supply goods without being paid first, you need to download PPSA Tip #3 to find out why retention of title clauses are not enforceable unless they are registered on the PPSR.
