Court appointments were up significantly in all states except for South Australia.  Director initiated winding-ups continued to fall with NSW down 1.9%, Victoria down 4.5% and Queensland down 5%.
Voluntary administrator appointments were up 13.3% in NSW, down in Victoria and Queensland and up a staggering 70% in Western Australia as the slowdown in the resource sector continues.
