Investors and home-buyers can now access historical property sales prices dating back to 2001 free of charge.  Property sales information at a street and suburb level is also available for the last five years.

Land and Property Information, a division of the NSW Government Department of Finance, Services and Innovation, provides this information via NSW Globe. NSW Globe is a free and easily accessible product that displays NSW Government maps and spatial data, including land parcel, property addresses and road information, land values, and now property sales information.
