Andrea manages a number of teams in our Loan + Securities division. Andrea’s teams act for a number of key commercial lending clients who advise on complex issues associated with the financing of a wide variety of transactions including documenting and facilitating transactions for invoice finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate finance.
Andrea also manages our conveyancing team.
